Well I figure 7 months between postings is pretty good for me. Since I have been gone, I have left the agency I worked for. I am now a loan officer for a mortgage broker here in Pocatello. The name of the place is Mountain West Financial. So all of ya'all that live in Idaho, Utah or Wyoming, I can take care of you.

Nice commercial break.

I am most excited about a scooter rally in Moab at the end of the month. I finally did get that P125X, and it has been great. The only downside is that there are not a lot of scooterists in Pocatello. I have seen no other vintage scooters, but have heard tell there are some.

My friend Derek and I are going together and I am looking forward to that as well.

The kids are doing well, we just need more money, which is always fun.

Crowdog's Corner

Crowdog's Corner

Well, life is grand aint it? I have been working at my agency for 9 years now and health and welfare still won’t leave us alone. I could see if we were doing bad therapy with the kids…. but we are not. It is just the fact that we make more sense then they do. Social services gotta love them.

On a brighter note, I have located a local seller for a Vespa P125X; it is a 1979 model, with a silver body and maroon fender and cowls. It is in pretty good shape if they can get it running. I still plan on taking it to the scooter lounge in Provo to have Dave look over it.

Speaking of Dave. He reminds me of my friend Farshad. They both have the same dry, but irreverent sense of humor, and the ability to make me wonder if I am amusing, offending, or annoying them. They both I feel struggle with their identities somewhat both in and out of the church (LDS). Yet they are too of the nicest most generous people I have ever met. They don’t give themselves enough credit.

I am really looking forward to the scooter. It will be a lot of fun to go up a hill at least as fast as everyone else.

Life is what it is for a reason, if I figure it all out, I promise to pass it along.

I am now a blogger

I don't even write in a journal for heck's sake. The likelihood of this continuing beyond a few days is remote at best. I do like to read other peoples blogs, and even have a few saved on my favorites. I will probably blog again, but those of you that would happen on this by chance, don't hold your breath.
